Simplify the booking process
Commusoft’s online booking form makes it even easier for you to get work. Since Commusoft provides the online booking form code, all you have to do is simply copy and paste the code into your website! A “request an appointment” button will appear on your website and once your customer clicks on it, they are taken to the booking form. We advise having a web designer or tech-savvy friend place the code on your website if you don’t know how.
Choose which services you offer
You might only wish to offer certain types of services via the online booking form, such as routine or simple work orders. Which services appear on the online booking form is entirely up to you – simply choose to make that service type available in Commusoft’s settings. This also stops customers from requesting services you don’t offer.
Gather contact information
New customers provide their contact information, which gets recorded in your customer database and a corresponding job is set up. The software recognizes existing customers as soon as they input their zip code and email address. Commusoft also sends a custom confirmation email after the request is made and takes optional payment details.
