It’s no secret that, here at Commusoft, 2020 has been the year for video content. Although we had been dabbling in it for some time, we realized there was demand for something more interactive from our main forms of content and, naturally, we delivered. No wonder we’ve got plenty of ideas for a best field service videos list!

So, looking back, which ones were your favorites? 

We’ve put together a collection of both popular and useful videos as a bit of a retrospective. You’ll definitely notice some trends that reflect our list of most popular articles of the year, which included:

Moving into 2021, these three topics will continue to be a focus of many conversations and it’s easy to see why.
