It’s no secret that, here at Commusoft, 2020 has been the year for video content. Although we had been dabbling in it for some time, we realized there was demand for something more interactive from our main forms of content and, naturally, we delivered. No wonder we’ve got plenty of ideas for a best field service videos list!

After facing some of the toughest challenges we’ve had in the past year, there have been a lot of lessons to learn, but now it’s time to put them into action. The hope is that many businesses will come out of 2020 with renewed strength, as well as a more flexible approach to managing their business.
